Viewer and Creator Users

In Veezoo, users are assigned one of two types: viewer or creator.

viewer users are the primary end users of Veezoo in your organization. These users access and analyze data through the platform.

creator users have all the capabilities of viewer users, plus administrative privileges that allow them to modify the knowledge graph and configure Veezoo's behavior.

In Veezoo Admin, navigate to Users to view a list of all users and their assigned types:

Once assigned, types cannot be easily changed.

If your organization uses Single Sign-on, refer to the SAML or JWT documentation for type configuration.
