Ask your First Question
Type a question in plain language and get a verified, visualized answer from your data.
Your data is connected - time to get your first answer.
There is no query builder to learn and no filters to configure. Just type a question in plain language into the chat, the same way you would ask a colleague:
How many orders did we get last month?
If your tables and columns already have understandable names (e.g. "Orders" instead of "Fct Order"), you can jump right in. Otherwise, you may first want to rename a few concepts in the Knowledge Graph - more on that below.
Getting your first answer
While Veezoo works
After you hit Enter, the answer streams in live. Veezoo shows you what it is doing along the way with short status updates like "Searching for ...", "Executing SQL query..." and "Waiting for database results...". For longer or more complex questions, Veezoo displays a task checklist so you can follow its progress step by step.
The answer

A typical answer combines a short text summary with a chart that fits your data. Two things are worth knowing right away:
- Verified numbers: every number Veezoo quotes from your data is checked character-for-character against the actual query results before it is shown. Verified numbers are clickable - click one to see the source of that data point.
- The right chart: Veezoo picks the best-fitting visualization for your results automatically, and you can switch to another chart type if you prefer.

Keep the conversation going

Your first question is rarely your last. Veezoo remembers the conversation, so you can refine and dig deeper:
- Follow-up questions: use the follow-up chip on an answer, or simply ask implicitly - after "Revenue last year", asking "only for Switzerland" modifies the previous question.
- Suggestion chips: below an answer, Veezoo suggests related questions you can ask with one click. They are a great way to discover what your data can tell you.
- Breakdowns and comparisons: ask "break it down by product category" or "compare this year vs last year" to slice the same numbers in new ways.
See Conversations for more on how context carries across questions.
When Veezoo asks you something
If a question is ambiguous - say, "top customers" could mean by revenue or by number of orders - Veezoo asks for clarification or offers you the alternatives to choose from. Just answer in the chat and Veezoo continues with your choice.
Make Veezoo speak your language
If Veezoo does not resolve one of your business terms, you usually just need to give it your vocabulary: rename concepts to their business names and add synonyms (e.g. "Client" for "Customer") in the Knowledge Graph. This gives the AI better context and improves answer accuracy for everyone in your organization.
